Selston Tae Kwon-Do is run by Kayleigh Fenn 3rd Degree Black Belt.
We offer Self protection, Confidence, Fitness, Flexibily and Fun. Everyone is very friendly come along anytime. Family discounts.
 
Your first lesson is FREE, so you've got lots to gain and nothing to lose.
Our current training times are:
Sundays: white belts - green belts  5.30 - 6.30pm
blue tags and above 6.30 - 7.30pm 
Fridays: white belts - green belts  6.00 - 7.00pm
blue tags and above 7.00 - 8.00pm
