LAST AREA SQUAD TRAINING FOR 2011
The last squad training sessions for 2011 will take place on
SATURDAY 1ST OCTOBER 2011 - 10 am - 12.00 noon
SATURDAY 29TH OCOT0BER: 10 am - 12.00 noon
SATURDAY 12TH NOVEMBER 10am - 12.00 noon
as usual at :
Bilborough Sports Centre,
Bilborough College,
Bilborough Rd
Nottingham
NG8 4DQ
only a few minutes from M1 J26.
THE SESSIONS WILL BE IN THE STUDIO AT BILBOROUGH, AND AS MUCH FOR NEW STUDENTS, AS THE REGULARS FINISHING THEIR PREPARATION FOR THE BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIPS.
Please bring along:
* Dobuk Bottoms
* T-Shirt,
* Sparring Equipment,
* Round Focus Pad
* Water and
* 'Lots of Energy'!
